PETRI (Philanthropy, Education, Technology, Research, Involvment)
PETRI is SeaVuria’s Mercer Island High School student club, where young women lead fundraising, global friendship, and STEM-focused learning in support of students in Taita-Taveta, Kenya. This year, PETRI grew to nearly 45 members and helped provide 156 scholarships, along with technology, school supplies, and clothing.

Through fundraisers, guest speakers, scholarship correspondence, and a February delegation trip to Kenya, PETRI members strengthen connections across communities while growing as leaders committed to education, equity, and global friendship.
